Single Origin - Ethiopia Natural Suke Quto

This lot comes from a processing site called "Suke Quto", located just outside the town of Suke, in Ethiopia's Guji Zone. This Suke Quto is owned by the Shonora family, who operate 8 different processing sites in Guji, all centered around their home town of Gerba just a few miles down the road. The family has been operating wet and dry process sites in this region for several decades, something started by the father, Shonora Gata, who is now 83. These days, the operations are managed by his four sons. Coffee is grown at an altitude range of 1800 - 2200 meters above sea level, and most of the farmers who deliver coffee to Suke Quto have less than 1 hectare of land planted in coffee.
